Day 3: Sea of clouds & sunrise at Kiltepan Viewpoint

This is another 2-year old post from my trip back in January 2018. Kiltepan viewpoint has been closed to the pubic due to a fire that broke in the area in November 2018.

At 1,640 meters above level, the Kiltepan Viewpoint or Kiltepan Peak was one of the most famous sunrise viewing spots in Sagada. Unfortunately, it was closed in November 2018 due to the fire incident. The land is also privately owned so I guess they closed it permanently due to overcrowding. The place also shot to fame because of that breathaking sea of clouds scene in That Thing Called Tadhana.
